1Overview
At GoFixKart, we stand behind every product we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. This Return Policy outlines the conditions under which you may return a product and receive a refund or replacement.
By placing an order on GoFixKart, you agree to the terms set out in this policy. We reserve the right to update this policy at any time, and the latest version will always be available on this page.
2Return Window
You may request a return within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
• The product must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition
• The product must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation
• A valid proof of purchase (order number or invoice) must be provided
• The product must not show signs of physical damage caused after delivery
Returns requested after 7 days from the delivery date will not be accepted under standard policy. However, if you receive a defective or damaged product, please see Section 4 for expedited resolution.
3Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
• Products that have been installed, modified, or tampered with
• Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper installation
• Products returned without original packaging
• Products where the security seal has been broken without prior approval from our support team
• Items marked as "Non-Returnable" on the product listing page
• Orders where the return window of 7 days has expired
If you are unsure whether your product qualifies for a return, please contact our support team before initiating the process.
4Damaged or Defective Products
We thoroughly inspect and test every product before dispatch. However, if you receive a product that is:
• Dead on arrival (DOA) — not functioning at all out of the box
• Physically damaged during transit
• Incorrect — a different product than what you ordered
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
1. Your order number
2. Clear photos or a short video showing the issue
3. A brief description of the problem
On verification, we will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. Transit damage claims submitted after 48 hours may not be accepted.
5How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, follow these steps:
Step 1 — Contact Support
Reach out to us via the Contact Us page or email us at support@gofixkart.com with your order number and reason for return.
Step 2 — Get Return Approval
Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if your return is approved.
Step 3 — Pack and Ship
Pack the product securely in its original packaging. Write the RMA number clearly on the outer packaging. Ship the product to the address provided by our support team.
Step 4 — Inspection and Processing
Once we receive the product, our team will inspect it within 2–3 business days. You will be notified of the outcome via email.
Note: We recommend using a trackable shipping service. GoFixKart is not responsible for items lost in transit during the return.
6Refund Policy
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund as follows:
Approved Refunds
• Online payments (UPI, card, net banking): Refunded to the original payment source within 5–7 business days
• Cash on Delivery orders: Refunded via bank transfer or UPI within 5–7 business days after you provide your bank details
Partial Refunds
In certain cases, only a partial refund may be granted — for example, if the product is returned in a condition not matching our requirements.
Refund Denial
If the returned product does not meet our return criteria upon inspection, the item will be shipped back to you and no refund will be issued.
Processing Time
Please note that while we initiate refunds promptly, actual credit to your account depends on your bank or payment provider, and may take an additional 2–5 business days.
7Exchanges
We offer exchanges for the same product (e.g., if you received a defective unit) or for a different compatible variant, subject to availability.
If you wish to exchange a product:
• Contact our support team within the 7-day return window
• Specify the product you wish to exchange for
• Ship the original product back to us after receiving RMA approval
If the exchange product has a different price, the difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired product is out of stock, a full refund will be offered instead.
8Shipping Costs for Returns
Who pays for return shipping depends on the reason for return:
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Product
GoFixKart will bear the cost of return shipping. We will either arrange a pickup or reimburse your shipping expense (up to a reasonable limit) upon submission of the courier receipt.
Change of Mind or Other Reasons
If you are returning a product for reasons other than a defect or error on our part, return shipping charges will be borne by you. We recommend using a reliable courier service with tracking.
9Warranty
Most spare parts sold on GoFixKart come with a limited warranty of 30 days from the date of delivery, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
The warranty covers:
• Manufacturing defects
• Functional failure under normal use
The warranty does not cover:
• Physical damage caused by improper installation or handling
• Water damage or corrosion
• Damage resulting from use with incompatible devices
To make a warranty claim, contact our support team with your order number and a description of the issue. Warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval.
